I have not read it anywhere, I’m sure someone will correct me if it has.
I thought the students were awesome yesterday! They were out huge and were rockin. WE ARE MARQUETTE chants 15 minutes prior to tip-off was impressive. Great job.
Stripe out worked very well also.

I thought their We Are Marquette during the last minute FTs was awesome as well.

I just don’t get how the 2,000 extra kids who came out for Nova & PC would want to skip Butler at 8pm on Wednesday.  These kids are missing the best part of college.

Stripe out works great when the shirts are on the seat for me. Not so great when they make me buy a 25 dollar shirt. At least they learned.

The students were well over 4000.  They bled over to adjoining sections where alums didn't show or hallways.  Great student showing.

If you can't find an MU tee for under $25, you aren't trying very hard. The basic ones are ten bucks at the spirit shop.

That and the stripe out worked very well last year even though they didn't have shirts waiting on everyone's seats.

The were not out in force on Wednesday night for Butler.  And, they left before the rest of the crowd left early.

I really liked the t-shirts that they gave away for National Marquette Day.  I liked the skyline and what looked to be Gesu on the shirt.

Didn't see the back though.  By any chance was there some huge Baird/Kohl's/Whoever logo on the back?

Many empty seats in upper deck. Too many students stayed in the hallway drinking. Puke all over the place in the bathroom. Utter nightmare.

Uh,no.  poor use of your  958th post.  Students just showed  up for National Matquette Day.  They have been extremely inconsistent otherwise.  Glad the came yesterday, but the majority need to come more often.  Not like exams or term papers  are around the corner here!

As someone who criticized the students for the Villanova game, I will say that they were way better on Saturday.

But yes, why don't they show up in numbers for every game?

Does Wojo make an effort to encourage their attendance?  I know that was one of the things that Crean really focused on and he was able to significantly boost student attendance.
