Following his block in the second half, he landed and immediately jerked his leg up and grabbed his knee in pain. I couldn't tell if he hyperexteded or landed on someone, etc. He did finish out the game, but it was a really violent injury reaction at the time. Perhaps he "walked it off..."

Did we see any postgame comments about that from anyone?

He landed on somebody.   Ran it off.  He looked like he enjoyed having somebody as big and strong as he is to match up with.

Aside from the flight of Elliott stuffing the put back, the signature shot of the game is John, looking down almost sympathetically, at the crumpled Pirate on the floor that had the temerity to challenge him.
