Sacar play is exactly what this team needs. What a tremendous effort at all phases of the game. He simply will get better offensively as he attacks the rim.
3 more years! WOW!!!

He will continue to keep defenses off-balance because they will never know where he is.

Hes a team player and fits seamlessly with this group, I believe he will only get smarter at picking
his spots

Sacar will never be a "star" or big-time scorer. But he is a very valuable player on this team.

I was not impressed as a freshman and didn't think he'd have much impact on the team in his career. But the year off really helped his game. The athleticism is there. The game awareness is there.

He will continue to see a lot of floor time and be a big contributor over the next couple years.

I thought Wojo couldn't develop players.

I like this a lot.

MarquetteDano

I shudder to think what this team's defense would be like without Sacar. He is so critical to our 'D'.

jsglow

30+ solid minutes again.  We're getting 3 very solid years from Sacar.

Stretchdeltsig

Sacar is a great athlete who plays aggressively.  He's a great fit on this team.

GB Warrior

His defense reminds me of Jimmy...if Jimmy were ever allowed to play his natural position.

I'm looking forward to Sacar's senior season when some Scoopers will turn on Sacar since he'll still be a hustle player, averaging 8 ppg and shooting a poor percentage from 3 ;)

muwarrior69

Sacar will probably never be the SOTG here on scoop.

That's cause we can never find him.

Yep, that is the most likely scenario. On a team of shooters at the 1,2,4 positions, he gives a solid defense/rebounding presence with average finishing ability at the rim and a below average shot. I'd like to think he's still going to noticeably improve his shot and finishing ability, which will keep him in the rotation the next couple years. I can totally see him out of the rotation next year though if he doesn't make another step forward.

I feel bad for Sacar. He's got a great drive to the hole all the time and just seems to be incredibly unlucky in the rim rolls.

He simply puts the ball up too hard.  Needs to put a little more air under his shot like Markus and Rowsey do when they get in the lane.

Yup.  That's a difficult skill to learn sometimes.  Go up strong, but shoot it/lay it in softly.

Just look at freshman Vander compared to junior Vander.

I'm not taking that Bet, he has plenty of time to work and Display other Skills.

What a bizarre thing to feel bad about...yet, I completely understand.

Easier said than done! That shot takes incredible skill. It will take a lot of practice.

mileskishnish72

On drives, it's usually a defender that puts the air under Rowsey's shots.
