Are these games supposed to start "on time"?  I recall a standard 15 minute delay last year.

Heldt is really killing our offense. He's not a threat as a pick and pop or as a roll man. All he can do is catch a wide open dump off (maybe). He needs to either take and make 12-15 footers, or find a nice spot on the bench. Purdue doubles every screen.
