Any word on no Morrow on the bench yesterday?

I would take the Rick SLU program right now.

i see a few beating down MU for scheduling the mounties, but in all fairness, was this put together before their 3 studs transferred to higher profile D-1's?

FWIW, he also does not appear to be in the picture MU posted of the team watching tape on Purdue this am. Eke and the walkons were. Sick? Away from the team for some other reason?

Whose beating down MU for scheduling MSM? Also,  MU didn't schedule them.  They were assigned to us by the Maui Invitational

Anyone complaining about this year's schedule quality, in particular the MSM game, is an idiot for multiple reasons.

MU allowed 69.6% 2FG%. That's worse than any game in all of last season.

Another possible caveat on this stat is that Mt. St. Mary's took 28 3's and only 23 2's, which is (after one game) top 10 in 3 point attempt rate. They're really looking for the 3 ball and wouldn't have taken the 2 if it was a low percentage shot. In other words, they're only taking the easy 2's?

That and no one could stay in front of Junior Robinson. That kid is quick as hell. But as a team they shot very well from inside the arc, so it wasn't just Robinson (his 9/13 was actually below the team average, albeit marginally).

Robinson looked like one of those kids who would be at a high major if he was about 6 inches taller

Was really encouraging seeing Haanif play well and use his right hand, we have a young team with tons of potential, hopefully we can beat purdue add a really good win to our schedule

As Wojo said, lindenwood was all he could have hoped for in a pre-season foe.

As for MSM, we wanted to see if rowsey would take care of the 1 and he did fine...(except as mentioned, that number "0" disappearing in front of him a few times).

Really interested in how we do with Purdue. I understand they look like an Iowa (remember that nightmare!). But I have more hope now than before MSM.

Why was everyone worried about Rowsey at pg? He did it all of last year.

I think the concern stems from the failed attempts at trying Howard. Rowsey right now is the only 1. And last year he didn't carry the whole load all year. There were opportunities for him to play the 2. The MSM game he was thee  point guard.
