Note well ..

Over our decade, Chicos has been banned multiple times, meaning, he's come back multiple times.  Even this last time, the super duper perma ban, he left for months then came back under a different account .. which hasn't been banned, yet he is staying away. 

Ners is the 2nd poster child of second chances.  After months of absence, he's back too. 

Scoop is the second, third, and tenth chances capital of the world.   

In reality, we don't ban .. we just give people vacations.

oh i understand and know the whole history thing-some us just kinda tro the chicos/jams thing out there as a "scoop memorial".  please don't misunderstand my occasional, silly throw-back as an insult or begging for a 3rd...4th...umm, 5th? chance to come back.  even though he's snuck(sp?) in/out the back door a few times, he's in a good place.  loves the occasional "rent-free" comments
