Looks like a photo from a Florida retirement community.  You can tell the drinker is from Wisconsin, it's the brandy.  Anyone who can't handle Milwaukee weather is a wimp.

Had fond memories tonight to share with my wife, cold nights at the Phister drinking Cognac in snifters.

Another reason to get Froling - he could be the Wally or Sam to the superstar younger brother.  His "little" brother Samson is 6'9" 16 year old playing up on the Aussie U18 national team, leading the team in minutes and averaging 9.6ppg.

Former SMU guard commits to Boise State.  They're fans are hoping Froling will follow him.  I don't know why.  The Mountain West probably gets one team in the NCAA again this season.

Huge Basketball news for the Broncos.. Wilson is a big time player. Also could help sway fellow Aussie Harry Froling.

Reminder #mubb fans former SMU big Harry Froling (6'11, 260) is visiting Marquette today & tmrw.  Would have 2.5 yrs beginning Mid-Dec 2017

So..we should have news on this probably tomorrow night, latest during the day on Tues.  Given his choice between Oregon State (start classes this week), and MU. Right?

Stretchdeltsig

Certainly hope so.  Our big right now is not very good.

Honestly still depends on what his professional options back in Australia look like.  I like MU's position here, but there is more involved than just MU vs. OSU.

rocky_warrior

Crap, forgot about the Pro option.  Hopefully he likes ice cream in January! lol.

Right, it is called a nail biter.

Glad for this warm spell. Not that it's warm out, but compared to the past week, this is summer in January today.

I do know, Newsie is right on you knowing ball.

With 2 other Aussie national team players (prospects) in MKE this actually makes sense.

@HarryFroling is a high major star in the making! Love his upside! A future Pro I believe. Anywhere he goes he will be successful!

Sure.  Because following Tom Wilson to SMU workied so well.  Boise State is dreaming.  Why not, it's free.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

But the decision still has to come rather soon...or we will know he is going pro?

GGGG

I don't think he flew over to Milwaukee just for an official visit only to fly back and turn pro in Australia.  I would be surprised if he leaves Milwaukee.

Probably brought everything he owns to Milwaukee, doubt he is going back to SMU.  Or it is on the Oregon St.  Pro ball, Australian ball must be bad if you are taking
a freshman that average 4 points in college.  I say he stays as well.  Barely ready for college if you saw his body much less the pros.  Needs a year with a trainer.

What's that I see out of the side of my eye?  Could it be the ghost of Rick Majerus, pointing Harry north?
