Spaniel with a Short Tail

Markus played great, but was only on the floor for half the game. Gotta be JJJ.

JJJ. His defense was outstanding tonight.

It is pretty incredible that Markus scored his 23 points in just 21 minutes. But I'll stick with my vote for JJJ.
"Let's get a green drink!" Famous last words

Was going to say Howard, but staying on the floor has to count for something too. Even though MH probably played the best 21 minutes of basketball we've seen this year, gotta go with JjJ for the complete game.

Markus.

I'll tell you who WASNT the SOTG. The official that stood there and watched rowsey get rocked and not make the call, forcing the official on the baseline to run over and call it. Good lord.

jsglow

JJJ.  One of his best games as a Warrior.  Both ends of the floor.

Not only did he not call it, he shook his head.

Damn! I was at the game by the student section so I couldn't see the ref's reaction. He would have gotten a good cussing out if there hadn't been a call from another official.

Dr. Blackheart

JJJ wanted it and it showed.  Nice to see the senior leadership.  Thought he brought it overall on both ends...but his steals and Peak's horrid shooting was the difference maker.

Howard was outstanding and Georgetown had no answer at PG.  Luke with a double double.  Hard to slice it but I thought JJJ made some critical plays.

radome

Not exactly SOTG worthy but I thought Cheatham changed the game when Georgetown made the run late in the first half and Wojo had Cheatham guard Pryor. Really slowed down Pryor.

muwarrior69

Easy, triple J. He got the post game interview.

Jay Bee

Markus 2 NBA

148 Ortg on 28% possessions (110 on 31 was good for JjJ, but TO's & a much lower shooting % than Markus fell just short)
Markus 95% eFG% on 10 attempts. Smh. His eFG% now exceeds Luke's by 4 ppt

Selected by FS1.  Howard got the post game press conference selected by Wojo.

BlindboyPatSmith

JJJ....keep the pic up and change the 1 to a 2

Had some nice seats last night from a friend and a sweater vest behind me started complaining about how Howard is too short to play in college when he got blocked for a layup. I just had to turn around and stare for a minute to realize he was serious. Howard played an amazing game.

I go with Howard.

GGGG

Good lord.  Howard is the same size as Aaron Hutchins and Dominic James.  He's a tad shorter than Tony Miller but bigger than Tyler Ulis.

People who think that a player that size can't play college basketball needs to pay more attention.

Did that guy ever see Allen Iverson.  Did he watch the game last night?  Howard was amazing for a frosh.  The little man is back in the game with the 3 shot, and
Howard hit 5 out of 6.  Great looking shot, not afraid to take it.  Maybe he liked watching Traci fake it more than shoot it.  This kid is offensive minded and is perfect
for the college game.  Rowsey as well.  Both change the game for MU.

drewm88

JJJ because of defense over Howard.

4 steals vs. 4 fouls.

Let's hope Markus2NBA doesn't happen for a few years.

Think he's too young to go after this year anyway.

I would take the Rick SLU program right now.

Totally not ready for the NBA.  Lets see how he plays against Sumner, Brunson, kid from Creighton who stayed 4 years.  Is he better than Yogi Ferrell?  Long
way to go, I say he stays a minimum of 3 years but more likely 4 years.

I don't think he is ready for the NBA either, but that doesn't stop kids from going.

I think he is too young anyway, so we have him for at least 2 years.
