There might not be JJJ or KR, but Cain will take one of the places, not sure yet if Anim will be good enough, year off will help.  For him, the extra year is blessing if he
takes advantage of his schooling, and graduates with a good major.

I'm not willing to state yet that Cain will be better than Anim next year.  Wait and see.

We may not be, but looking at the team this year, they have no height.  At least Cain is 6'7" and I still believe Wojo will be after another big in spring.  Thay way
it would be possible to play Cain and Hauser at the 3.  Both taller than 6'5"

A two inch difference at a wing position doesn't mean much to me.

I would agree, but different body types, in the highlights, it shows that Cain will be one of the most athletic players MU will have next year.  Not sure Anim is the next
coming of Elgin Baylor or Adrian Dantley.

Herman Cain

This is an excellent outcome for Sacar.  He is a quality young man. This will give him a year to work on his game and move himself forward in school as well. His tremendous work ethic is being rewarded.

This is also a good outcome for the team. We only had two guys in the freshman class this year and this decision balances the class out a bit. We are going to really need Sacar next year and into the future. The depth we have this year is a luxury that enables us to make an investment like this.

Sacar is going to be very very good when this is all over.

How accurate are high school heights? They often seem to me to be overstated. Of course you also get that in college basketball. We really do not know how tall a player actually is until he is measured in the NBA draft combine. I know Hauser has grown this summer, but when I saw him standing next to Cohen at a stopage in play he was signifcantly taller and stronger than Cohen. On MU's roster Cohen is listed as 6'6" 200 and Hasuer is listed as 6'7" 225. I think Hauser is at least two inches taller than Cohen.

Regardless of how it ends up...And if all reports are true I think it will end up very good for both Sacar and MU...this is a huge TEAM move by a player who could be getting minutes at alot of programs. Props to Sacar and props to Wojo for keeping it real with him and letting him make a good decision for himself.

If I remember correctly Jamine "Greedy" Peterson red-shirted at Providence. He was not ready for the college game. Post red-shirt he was VERY ready offensively (Those PC teams did not play defense) and ended up being a good player.

Butch red shirted for UW. That turned out pretty good for them and he was highly touted.

Before he was expelled as the fall guy for a Providence team using a girl (who wanted to be an adult actress) to help with recruiting similar to the way louisville did.
Retire Terry Rand's jersey!

Yes that same fellow...Story never got much run. Always interesting to me how it didn't
