Vander Blue and Walter Ellenson both end up at the same level after college.

Time to go make some money overseas, Vander.

I am interested to see if he pursues the high jump or basketball.

Being drafted in the 5th round doesn't mean he will make the team......

Ahh didn't know that, glad to hear that. Would've loved to see him in the NBA but if he hadn't stuck by now chances are low he ever would. Hopefully he's making a good chunk of change overseas.

Into the D-League...

Astounding.  I guess  that the D-League drafts on potential over production just like its big brother.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

Hank averaged 17 points and 10 rebounds last year. I'm not sure how many high major college players produced those kinds of numbers.

This one just baffles me. Wally shows great potential as a high jumper. As a basketball player...umm...I mean, the kid plays hard, but he's no Juan Anderson.

The only way this makes sense is if the Lakers owed the Pistons a favor (so in essence a 2 for 1 like Wally/Henry at MU). I would be amazed if Wally could find a spot overseas, let alone in the NBA Developmental League.

I think Vander is back. He only played one game for Guangxi.  So maybe the D fenders will have 3 MU alum, Vander , Lazar and Wally.

Vander is back from China? Was hoping to see him play this season in China. Very disappointing news.

By big brother (to the D-League) I was referring to the NBA, not Henry.

Vander and Wally are on the D-Fenders training camp roster, Lazar is not.

The D-fenders only brought in Wally to help their chances of landing Henry next year. Seen it a thousand times...
