Marquette does not emerge from this article unscathed, but at least we are the ultimate comparator (EVEN Marquette got it wrong!).

Good thing the author didn't search through MUScoop threads...

Let's be fair here.  Unless he was pulling the "Do you know who I am?" thing, he shouldn't be surprised his name was spelled that way unless he made a point of spelling it out after he gave the barista his name. Having a first name that most people spell wrong, I speak from experience.
Have some patience, FFS.

Dwyane Wade drives a Ford?

I think he got in his assistant's car for the pic, so he can look like us commoners.

My name is also spelled wrong most of the time.  I've been used to it as long as I could spell it myself.

My parents decided to go with the traditional Jewish spelling of my name, just one letter off from the common spelling. Luckily the nickname is easy enough.

I'm getting sick and tired of so many people spelling my name MOO82.

I'm not particularly handsome, but a cow? What an insult!!!

This just in:  Dwyane will be living in Webster's house while he is in Chicago:

On a side note, his kids will get very bored playing 1-on-1 against Emmanuel Lewis.

Have some patience, FFS.

I've seen 7 different phonetic spellings of my first name and have heard my name read 4 different ways.    I feel his pain.
