The return of in-game dunks at MUBB games was a momentous occasion for anyone who went to MU during the Deane years.

Apologies if I got a little overzealous. I just can't get Marquette basketball off the brain — and there are no games to watch. Seemed like as good a way as any to pass the long stretch between the NCAA championship game and Marquette Madness.

didn't you once post that cool pic of the Bumblebees taken in front of a fountain near City Hall? I can't find the image, but it is very cool. If it wasn't you, my bad. Does anyone have access to that pic?

If "SG" stands for "scoring guard," I'd agree. He was a great passer and distributor, as well. During his incredible senior season, it seemed like Tony was pretty much the entire offense.

When everybody in the arena knows you're taking the ball to the hole — and you still find a way to finish — labels don't mean much.

Can't think of a better pic (outside of hoisting a national championship trophy) than this one of Wade dunking over a 7 footer.  Got this one blown up and framed. 

My buddy took this picture while sitting on the baseline.  I remember him saying to me when we got to the car after the game "I think I got a good one." 

That pic was the origination of my love affair with #3.
