We've had a particularly nasty batch of heroin mixed with fentanyl around here lately.    We just started carrying NarCan this spring and have already used it a couple of dozen times around town.    It works great.    A mixed blessing though.    Also, the users saved by NarCan usually wake up seriously torqued at the rescuers and in complete denial about how we found them and what they took.     RIP, Prince.

Fentanyl and heroin seems like a waste of fentanyl.  I hear the latter is 50-100x more potent... It'd be like mixing bourbon with O'Douls.
