No, I think the most obvious answer is that he made predictions, they were not very good, and his employer (ESPN) decided to change them to support their "expert".

You're mocking Chad's crystal ball on HE? First you had him staying 2 years (wrong) and you also have him not in the top 10 (which will almost assuredly be wrong). Oh the irony!
