Congrats to Davante Gardner (@iBeChillinDoeDG) of @NSNMY_STORKS, our Baller of the Week!

The ox! Would love to have him playing in USA.
I thought you were dead. Willie lives rent free in Reekers mind. Rick Pitino: "You can either complain or adapt."

I say we organize a Scoop road trip to see him play.  The plan: We don't draw attention to ourselves as Marquette or Davante fans until his first trip to the free throw line.  Then we all start chanting "automatic" and watch his reaction.
Have some patience, FFS.

Now that would be a great road trip.

Awesome
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

I nominate warriorchick as the official organizer of all Scoop road trips!

I do miss our french poster though.  He was so good with the Ox updates.

"Automatic" made its way back against Nova.  One of you Lone Wolves here?

Isn't it odd that Davante ended up in Japan?  He was killing it in the French B league, and I can't imagine the Japanese League is better than one in Europe.  Why take a step back?

I'll actually be stationed about half an hour from Hiroshima in just under a couple months.  Unfortunately, I don't think Davante's team will have any more games there for the rest of the season, but if he's still with the Storks next year, I'll make sure to yell out AUTOMATIC as he heads to the free throw line.
