Watch out for freshman Marcus Derrickson. Tricky guy to handle. 6'7", 250 and can absolutely fill it up from deep. Also can get pretty active and nifty on the o-glass.

DSR is the man, but really this team has a bunch of guys who can and do help out in the scoring dept. Gotta hope they miss a lot of shots and we keep them off the line.

Just got to viewing things.. DSR w/0 1st half FG's.. but Derrickson goes off for 16 by early second half... who'd guessed? :)

Ugh
Thanks for ruining summer, Canada.

I expect effort.   I just think the first conference road game is going to be a bigger mountain to climb than the first conference home game for these kids.    As I would for any team this inexperienced.    Still one of the 5 least experienced teams in D1.

Got the effort I wanted.   Got the result I expected.

Got the effort for the last 20 minutes. First half was miserable.

Any result today that could make the Kool-Aid drinkers question the wisdom of the contract extension?
The team is 23-23 in the Wojo era. Mediocre

Laughable. There are legitimate arguments that could be made against the staff. The record is not one of those things. Just a silly criticism.

Two months from now, 23-23 could look pretty good. This is not a Big East team. Zero BE-type athletes up front, no point guard.

BTW it took big AL a few years to get the ball rolling.
