That's the story from tonight.

Once again, MU has a team full of guys who can't shoot.

They're shooting 47% from the field. Teal?
I mean, OK, maybe he's secretly a serial killer who's pulled the wool over our eyes with his good deeds and smooth jumper - Pakuni (on Markus Howard)

gotta love the yellow vests on the bench.

Probably the 3-13 on 3s that he's concerned about.  But if we can make it 5-15, then 33% would look ok :)

forgetful

Only 3 assists from guards.  Henry dominating.

Better get our poop in a group for Belmont.  This sloppy sh1t isn't good.

ChitownSpaceForRent

I got my wish. Wally just threw down over Ellwood.

MomofMUltiples

Luke and Duane each with 5 points and 4 fouls. Need to keep them out of foul trouble.

Nope.  The outside shooting is gonna kill MU again.

These Ellensons are exciting to watch.  Fun to have some playmakers again.

0 PF for Henry? Is that correct? Seeing that almost everyone else that has played has like 3 fouls because of the new rules, I'm slightly amazed by that stat.

Well, 5-16 now on 3s, 31.25% isn't terrible.

DJO's Jaw

Haanif has looked great in the past few minutes. Attacking the basket and finishing strong.

Hopefully this let them get their sea legs before Friday...

Haniff will play many minutes this year, he's got it.

In the photos it looked like Marquette was wearing some kind of no-sleeved yellow vests. Something that you would wear outdoors in the fall?

Something that couldn't be any uglier.

It's a tribute to the Sweater Vests.
Have some patience, FFS.

Since there is no basketball-related "thoughts" thread yet, I will put this here.

Very excited to see Wally confirm that he is a legitimate player, much to the chagrin of the Badger folks who claim we used up two schollies on Henry.

You don't have to be familiar with his track and field exploits to see that he has mad hops.  Even at "only" 6'6", he barely has to bend his knees to jump up for the dunk.

Not so sure on that. He missed two threes by a yard. He'll dunk and play defense, but if MU is counting on him for major minutes, it's not a good thing.

Who cares? We still have 2 unused ones.
