Obviously another calculated piece of the whole Kardashian freak show machine, but what is more amazing to me is the people who seem to actually believe that ______ Kardashian is their friend, that they need to defend them in this, or that they know them because of what they watch on TV. i sincerely wish for a full recovery of both, but without all the sensationalism please.  these probs are not unique to the Kardashians.  many of the "little" people out here go thru this every day without near the $$options$$ they have
