The paint can cool surfaces up to eight degrees Fahrenheit in the middle of the day and up to 19 degrees Fahrenheit at night."

Naples, Fl has plenty of water and has never recorded a 100 degree temperature. It was 99 once.

My old hometown recorded 7 days of 100+ temps in the summer of 1988 alone.

The idea that the billions of people on the planet living under less than first world conditions will be OK with staying that way or that those living in first world countries will settle for less to save the planet is fanciful.
