I got epically drunk on a regular basis in college and for a couple of years after.   I never drunk dialed.   I may have beer-goggled, but it just was never in my personality for it to even occur to me to call and pour out beer-fueled feelings at 3 AM.    Even after a 12 pack, I knew that was a bad idea.
