Why can't we fill 13 scholarships

Yes, Scoop is the haven for those that have a panic attack every time there's a bump in the MU hoops road, but the 2015-16 team is not three getable players away from winning the NCAA title. As has been stated earlier in this thread, Wojo has said he doesn't want to fill the roster with bodies just to have a full team. This is another step in the rebuilding process and we're moving in the right direction.

It seems we can't fill 13 scholarship spots.  We need a rebounder and can't seem to find one.  It is always someone else who gets the guy.   Why????  We have the facilities, play in the building with a pro team, put guys in the pros,  have a good support network.

Actually we did recruit a rebounder, Gabe Levin, who would have been a major contributor this year. Unfortunately ,  he transferred before last season even started. I think that is the quality of player the team is looking for in a rebounder. 

In addition we had an unfortunate transfer in STjr , who I believe would have had a good year as a senior .

I think we will get that rebounding machine of a forward we are looking for, but it will take time.

He was coming on at the end of the year . Had a 17 board game against St. John's . I don't see anyone on our current roster that has the potential for that kind of rebounding production . I understand his other limitations.
