NBC sports has an article that reranks the High school recruits in the 2005 class and they rank Wes third overall compared with his rivals ranking of 85 at that time.

Obviously, it is based mostly on what Wes has done in the NBA, since his college production clearly trailed that of Dominic and Jerel their first three years together.

He only trailed the other two, because they were taking more shots. He was always better than Jerrel. Wes under Crean played the complimentry player.
