9th Cir. Hears Oral Argument in O'Bannon Case

For any of you interested in taking a break from the watching the NCAA tournament, the rights to which CBS contracted with NCAA for 14 years and $11 billion, the Ninth Circuit heard oral argument in the O'Bannon video game case on Tuesday.

9th circus you mean.

The most overturned circuit court in the country...a disgrace.  Currently rated C- by the American Bar, the worst of all 12 circuit courts (I'm including DC).

Get real - the fact they are overturned the most by activist right-wing "judges"on the SC is a badge of honor.

Actually, the Sixth Circuit is the most overturned, the Ninth sits in the number 2 slot:

You mean the activist right wing court that upheld the Affordable Care Act and is about to find a constitutional right to gay marriage?

The 6th passed the 9th in 2012, but the 9th circus regained the crown in 2014....including FIVE UNANIMOUS REVERSALS IN A ROW during the year.
