How bad will it be?

MU nearly always lays an egg on National Marquette Day.
Playing with 7.   Even if Carlino dresses, he isn't going to be able to play extended minutes.
Villanova is good.
Villanova rolls.      My fear is something in the 72-45 range.   
Hopefully, the home crowd buoys the boys and MU is more competitive than that.   
75-65 Nova.

It could get rather ugly. This is the best team we'll see all season and without Carlino I have little hope. I'm really trying to be optimistic but I just can't see this one going our way. Hopefully the crowd buoys the team, but even then...

The line in the KC paper is 9.5 and Vegas has it between 10 and 10.5.  That's a lot closer than i was expecting.  I hope they're as accurate as they usually are.

Psychologically, I can't bet against Marquette. But if I were to bet on this one, I'd be thrilled to only be giving up 9.5 points. It's hard to imagine Nova not easily covering that, perhaps by halftime.

I'm not betting, so I hope to heck I'm wrong.
