Just looking ahead at the schedule. My thinking is we MIGHT have a chance for a W on Senior Day, but other than that it's unlikely that we'll see another win.

nyg

Maybe last game against Depaul, but the others will be very tough for this squad.

I picked 5 wins in the BE poll and maybe they get 4.

Groin_pull

Doubt it. Won't win another game.

wadesworld

Depends when Car3no can play.

Big Papi

With or without Carlino, this team has 1 more win in them.

23 months ago, Big East Champs, Elite 8 .. Now we can't scrape up 4 wins.

Beautiful.

It's been an incredible demise.  And let's face it - we have 4 open scholarships.  It isn't as though there are a ton of talented guys available come spring signing period.  The competition for the good ones will be fierce.

Hmmmmm, don't know if I would go there, I know we can beat DePaul, my guess 3 more wins

Thanks to the phony lonesome cowboy who would be at MU as long as they wanted him.

It'll be a win for me either way. I get to say bye to derrick.

+1,000,000.

He was partially stating the truth though, he knew MU didn't want him any longer.

Something he did through his own actions.  He drove the wedges, his actions....not anyone else's.

It would be like someone telling his wife he will be here for her forever as long as she want him, and then he goes out as the town drunk, cheating on every chick in town and then when she files for divorce he says "she didn't want me anymore".

chapman

Nah, we won't win then either.  DePaul is better than us.

I'm hijacking this thread and going in a different direction.  On Senior day chick and I will absolutely stay for the ceremony. Juan and Derrick will presumably both he earning their MU degree in May. That's worthy of our support.  It's easy to be a fan when times are good. Consider that when you call yourself a dedicated fan and supporter of the team.

Luckily, we now have a coach who can get a commitment from a player in the top ten.  The type of player coaches since Hank couldn't get a whiff of.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

Quote from: muguru
No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

Good for you. I hope more people adhere to this.  Salute to you and the kids.

If DePaul is the only game we win the rest of the year I'll be happy, and I'll be sticking around for Derrick, Juan, and Matt. I always stay, the Senior Day celebration odds one of my favorite events of the year.

Is Providence better than us? We beat them. The better team often doesn't win.

My  friends and I will be there and we always stay for the ceremony.  This year will be no different.
