The decision should be out of Wojo's hands.  A clear concussion protocol for all NCAA sports would be a great thing.  The protocol may be different for NCAA/NFL/youth sports, but I think one should be implemented for athletics across the board.

I'm not sure how high schools and colleges can get out of lawsuits similar to those the NFL face.  Litigant heaven soon.

High school haven't made a ton of money off of their players, and the NCAA has other more pressing issues.
