I guess, but people get killed for all kinds of ridiculous things. I don't think that's a great reason to dump on some shoes a lot of people like.

A lot of people die for diamonds and they are way more expensive than Jordan's.  Got any diamonds in your house?

Nope.  But my doors are locked for the potential intruders protection ;D. Yes, I understand your position

I guess I'll have to find something else to do tonight then.  It was worth a shot...

Hey Ners, got any diamonds in your house?

There are a lot of things that people spend money on that they can't afford.  Jordan's are pretty harmless compared to many items that would be on that list.  Not frowny face worthy IMO.

Think about the $ wasted on alcohol.

Still ends up in the pisser the same night or next day.

Spot on.

The next best MU colorway IMO is

Jordan 1's (again for MU and CAL...could also be Michigan's but they're Adidas).

I have two: One to rock, one to stock.

I sold my pair.  I don't know why.  The 4s are the way to go, though I wish the 3s came in an MU colorway

This whole things just speaks to generational differences. I had no clue what Allen Edmonds were and had to google them. While I would absolutely buy these if I had the money.

It's not a generational thing. It's called being an adult and having a real job.
“All men dream; but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act out their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible.” - T.E. Lawrence

Not sure if it's having a "real job" but having a certain type of job.

Not everybody owns an Allen Edmonds.

Not everybody who owns a pair wears them solely to work.

And if they're worn for work, your job is not just real, it's REAL, real.
