TMJ4 does not have a Sports Director but Lance is the defacto Sport Director.  He is the hardest working of all MKE TV guys.  Extremely diligent and thorough, has been in MKE for nearly 20 years.  He's also from Rice Lake, WI and his kids attended Wojo's camp this summer, same session as my son.
