Every year about a dozen pairs of players say they are a package deal.  Once they all sign, maybe 1 pair every three or four years actually follow through as a pair.  The last pair is probably the Harrison twins.

It would be rare if it actually happens and awesome if it happens at MU.  But don't hold your breath they are committing together.

Agreed.  The one non-related package deal that I can remember is Quincy Miller and Duece Bello.  But Bello was a hanger on in that relationship anyway.

So, are we sure they were "package deal" or just said that after they realized they were both going to Duke?

Man those were two great players. A little OT but Dillards son got an offer from Cinci the other day, good for him cause he ran into a lot of trouble in high school. Probably could have gone to a big time program had he not gotten in trouble.

Trotter and Lazaretti were a package. Same HS, but everybody wanted Trotter--not so much Lazaretti. Bit of long ago MU lore.

Okafor and Jones are a Package. Its a known fact there best friends through USA Basketball. Greg Oden and Mike Connelly were a Package to OSU.

A package deal surely reduces the chances for Stone at MU. If it is indeed at 2-fer, odds will be on Kentucky, UCLA, or Carolina.

Not an explicit package, Wade and Blankson were at least close friends before both came to MU.
