I remember watching one of Tom Crean's last tv shows and literally thinking to myself, "I think he has gone crazy".

Much like being a CEO of a large company, their compensation is great but the pressure and stress that go along with it could crack the strongest man over time.

Let me sum up what the other thread on this topic realized. Kenny Johnson was TC's third assistant coach. He got hired by Louisville to be the Associate Head Coach. Johnson got a promotion. No rats scurrying here.
