I received an e-mail from the Marquette Online Store advertising new vintage t-shirts for the 1977 National Championship with a Golden Eagle logo on it.  Seems out of place and time.

i typically will not wear or buy anything with an eagle on it representing marquette.  one Christmas, my sister-in-law gave me a really nice MU sweatshirt, BUT, it had an eagle on the shoulder/deltoid region.  so i put duct tape over the eagle and wore it
