Buzz just left Friday, Shaka and his team just lost on Friday. Gotta give the guy time to get home get settled and then contact him.

Maybe Doc did talk to him Saturday or Friday. Maybe the move started there. That being said just because Buzz ditched us in 10 minutes doesn't mean all coaches do. How did we all feel Friday? If this move has happened it would not be all official for a couple of more days given the usual way these things work. We got all worked up because of the way the Buzz situation unfolded.

Everyone went from referencing a "leak" on Monday to oh man it is going to be announced today @5. The way I see it and I am not an optimistic person is that "leak" very much happened today. We all wanted there to be a flood but I think the rest of this pans out on Wednesday or even Friday in traditional MU fashion.

I have no sources I won't pretend to but with all the media outlets reporting this today it had to have been coming from multiple places if MU wanted to squash this before it got huge why would Scott K say no one asked when what was happening on the internet was being tweeted and retweeted to multiple levels of MU run twitter feeds.

As to Scott saying no progress has been made....Maybe there has been no progress, but IMO he just wants to respect Shaka if this has all gone down and do things right unlike Mr. Brent Williams and the AD at VA TECH.

If Shaka comes to MU and MU handled it like this letting us all salivate and be denied on a Monday as the new coach said his good byes and got his affairs in order then we should all take that as a good thing. MU does things right.

Have you paid attention to all the things the school doesn't do right? This afternoon doesn't surprise me anymore. Probably a press conference called by the Zizzo Group too.

The only thing I think MU has done wrong in the last couple of years outside of academic positions and what not was letting Buzz absolutely run the school for a while.

Related to our Men's basketball program and those running it...I don't think MU's upper echelon has done anything wrong as of late no.

I think the Coach in the last 6 years did a number of things wrong, but in terms of hiring and showing a commitment to the program our athletic department and the administration has definitely passed muster
