They way they were saying it on fox sports milwaukee was that it was a good sign Howland pulling out they were talking like it was pretty much a done deal with smart and this was about 45 minutes ago, much later than the original 5:00 PM news conference debacle.  Have no  idea who their source is hopefully all these people were right and we rushed the gun.
