Interesting article, although it is hard to read. The writer (using the word very broadly) is all over the board in his/her reasoning, sentence structure, and facts in support of comments.

In fact, I was ready to click-out, when I came across this phrase in the last paragraph:

"Abrasive personality" ??!! ... seems the ol' down home Texas approach might not be working in Blackswamp.
Also seems the local SB Nation is quicker in figuring out Brett than Northern folks, and more honest about winning being the only thing that counts.

Yup. Once a downhome lonesome cowboy, always a downhome lonesome cowboy. That shtick worked for about 5 years at MU, so it should work even longer on the "less sophisticated" coal country hillbillies.

Makes you wonder why when he was in our backyard he didn't go after him.....maybe Buzz was feeling good about the point guard position and said why bother.
