You get out there and compete and get better. I'll enjoy watching Davante, Jamil, Jake, Otule and the rest of my team for as long as they can go. I don't get how a fan can think otherwise, as frustrating as it is at times. These guys have all busted their asses and represented MU well in some great times. Not going to bail b/c this year hasn't gone as planned. That's weak.

You want to get your team more reps, tournament style play.  Good experience.  You accept and you play.

Seniors don't need more reps. He ain't gonna change the lineup.

Does this guy even know MU BB history? Does he know about AL and the NIT. I know NIT was more prominent then, but still.
Goal is National Championship

Go eff yourself.. Troll.

Troll, lol.

Buzz was BRUTAL this season.

And he'll play the same crappy players in the NIT with Dawson and JJJ rotting on the bench.  Nothing positive will come out of losing at Indiana in the opening round.

Only to watch and let the Frosh play. The seniors suck outside of DG.

It's been said a million times, but this season has been a disappointment in terms of coaching and player development.  Why not play for the future when we have nothing to play for this season?  No one cares who wins the NIT.  Play JJJ and Burton and give them time to develop.  NIT is a perfect time for this.
I sure Burton will continue to start and I am sure JJJ will not see the floor.

Know all about that history.  And it's history.

Buzz is going to go with the same rotation that caused this season to be an outright failure.

Ordinarily I would say you always accept, but to accept and get our asses kicked by Creanie at Indiana...I don't know.

I'm encouraged that he started Burton tonight, it's a start...even if the season is 98% over.

And if playing time was truly "earned," then Jamil Wilson would sit for the entire game in the NIT.

But Buzz loves Seniors and it doesn't matter how badly they play.

Maybe he's a reincarnation of Tall Titan or the other scoopers that left/were banned during the Mass Exodus of 2014 AD.

The great Mass Exodus of March, 2014....I remember that.   Historic

It's hard to be the dumbest poster of year after this season, but WarriorGreg is going off as a strong favorite at the windows.

Sigh....what does Buzz have to do to get people to realize that he has been changing things?

Burton started tonight (worked out great)

Mayo ran the point (worked out not so great)

STJ got an extended run in the first half (worked out not so great)

Everyone thinks Buzz is unwilling to play certain players when it's simply not true. He's been trying new things all season.

In the end, we are not very good this year. Now that is on Buzz for not recruiting/developing properly. But I have been fine with the rotations.
TAMU

I do know, Newsie is right on you knowing ball.

Who cares...
He had a point worth bringing up and that I'm sure others thought about too. Calm down, hot shot.

He's had zero points worth bringing up. It's all garbage.

I was agreeing with both of you. Thought I'd quoted both.

Maybe quit giving our starting backcourt so many minutes. That was the biggest reason for 17-15. And it didn't change one bit the entire season even though we knew 5 games in it wasn't going to get the job done.

Maybe not giving Juan more minutes in the 2nd half of the BE season than the 1st half - keeping Burton on the bench.

No point in it.

Buzz will play the same guys that got them in this mess, and that group (other than Burton) is no fun to watch.

Just end this nonsense now and move on to next season.
stupid post.

NIT is an opportunity.  Most teams in the NIT won't know what to do with an OX
