Is it a team rule to bite on EVERY shot fake?  When will Todd, Jake, Derrick, Juan, Jamil et al learn to put a hand in the face of the shooter and not jump into their opponent 22' from the basket?

By the way I'm not sure we can double and hedge this team so aggressively, they move the ball to well....causing some unfavorable match ups offensively!
