Maybe our expectations are high, but this team has tons of talent but no consistency.  It's hard to coach when you have no idea which players are going to show up on a given night.  What player on this team has shown a level of consistency this season?  Answer - no one.  The difference between the good Todd Mayo (see last week) and bad Todd Mayo (see today) is astounding, for example.  No consistent go-to guys.  Buzz is shaking up the  lineup to try and find one, but I don't think we have one.

We got bad Gardner, bad Jamil and Bad Mayo all on the same night.

Those wanting freshman to play got to see what happens when Buzz does that in the 2nd half.  

Those critical of Jake are seeing that he is often the only real offensive threat and is solid on D (as they now put him on Harrison the last few possessions and he stops penetration and remembers to not leave him alone ever...aka following the game plan).

Deonte won't look bad in the box score but he was terrible today. Totally out of control on O and slow and constantly out of position on D.

This is spot on.  Buzz is trying to adjust, but there is just no one that is stepping up and too much inconsistency.  This has to be a frustrating season for Buzz also...add to it that so many blame him.

I just don't think that's true.  I think we have a bunch of role players that don't fit well together, and no one to lead them.
