Mayo, 0 points, 0 shots, 4 TO's.  Granted he was the recipient of some bad calls, but still that hurt.

Add to it Jamil being 0-5 and only 2 total assists for the team and one can see why we are getting killed.

Rafferty and Johnson point out politely how bad we suck.  $100 Buzz says this was Todd's best game since he's been at MU.  They don't play hard.  Devante didn't even try for that last rebound.  Jamil mailing it in.  This team has no heart.  No Jae Crowder, No Lazar, No Wes Matthews, no one to will them to a win.  This team is just bad and taking on that mentality.

I think this is the main reason they have been so painful to watch all year.

St johns is on pace for 66 points...take away the 7 that derrick handed to them being so bad on offense and its way less.

We cannot score. 40 points is embarrassing.

I don't disagree...but the transition defense is a lack of effort.

Agree, this is one of the worst performances I can remember.  They just don't look interested out there.  A few things went against them after getting an early lead and they just seem to have given up.

This is a very difficult team to watch. They don't do anything very well. Oh well, at least we won't have to worry about Buzz leaving any time soon.

Problem with bad jamil is you get what you get today....bricks everything

Problem with bad Todd is you get what you get today...bunch of stupid plays and not taking the open shots.

They should reverse their game plans. See what happens.

No win with the above, not going to happen.  

Is Jamil biggest disappointment of the year? Yes.  Announcers every game say the potential, ability, etc., but it just has not been there this year.  Cannot fathom what has happened to him, but one of the major reasons MU has struggled.  

Dwil getting bumped due to his size and inability to get around defenders, resulting in ball getting passed around.  Three times shotclock down and Gardner had to take three pointer to get off.  Really bad.  

Piss poor performance so far and major hurdle in second half for an important game, but man......

You got it. Those who wonder why Buzz likes Derrik and Jake so much, need look no further. They are limited physically, but they know how to play, and play hard every possession. Same goes for COT. A guy like Mayo on the other hand, has all the tools, but appears to have the basketball IQ of a 5th grade boy. Jamil...well, I don't understand Jamil at all.

Unfortunately, MU has to have 5 out there. Mayo and to a lesser extent Burton, have looked like they're playing for St. John's.

mayo is playing with his head up his ass. Smoked by Harrison a few times, and making offensive fouls is his game today.
