One of the big debates this week was sitting our seniors and giving much more playing time to Dawson, Taylor, Burton and Jujuan.

I didn't see Jujuan tonight (probably because he is injured) but the rest of the kiddie corp stepped up and did well. We needed that if we intend to win in the future.

I'm excited about a line next year of Steve Taylor Jr., and Deonte Burton

I think he should dole out some of his paycheck to us.  Not sure what the hell took him so long.   ;)

As much of a perfectionist as he is. Him or someone close to him reads everything.

So you are that vain you are going to take credit for the lineup Buzz played tonight?

LOL.

Not one of you would be in here saying this if Mayo had missed that shot to take the game in OT.

Come here and let me let you pat youself on the back...good job, good job.

Have you been to the internet before?  Please read up on what Chicos could be insinuating with the use of a winky face at the end of his post.

So half a week's pay on $2M, maybe 100 of us wanting the lineup changes, comes out to $192 each.  Pay up, Buzz.  A nice winning streak would also suffice.

I am pretty sure he doesn't read scoop or any other fan message board.  He told me once that a head coach reading message boards "is poison."  He never read these boards since becoming head coach.  He said that one of his former bosses used to do read message boards and it adversely affected the way he went about his job.

my guess is that he doesn't read these boards but maybe some of his assistants do and definitely some of the players.  Any changes he made in last night's game, he discovered on his own.  Scoop had nothing to do with it.  Sorry to burst your bubble.

I saw the old Alliancesports? board up on Cords' computer when I was there for a meeting back in the day.  I also know that parents frequently read the boards as well.

For this.  Doubting Scoop's authority or importance is .. unforgivable.

Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

Nobody doubts Scoop's authority and importance--somewhere in all the musings, opinions, hoopla, slurping, jokes, pics of Israeli military chicks, misinformation, etc. is the solution to every MU problem, as well as the keys to a long and prosperous life. And most of us posters here believe that their opinion/information/misinformation provides the right solution/keys.

The answer is as simple as it is clear.  We're 3-3 in conference, so obviously Buzz has read this board about half the time since the start of conference play.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

Quote from: muguru
No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

Of course he reads Scoop. I hear that Digger Phelps, Obama, the Pope, Bruce Springsteen, Stevie Nicks, Gov. Walker, Miley Cyrus, Meryl Streep, John Boehner and Bo Ryan are all frequent visitors to Scoop, under various names. Enquiring minds need to know stuff that appears here.

Told me the same thing.  As much as we might think we know, or how arrogant we might want to be about our contributions to the coaching decisions made, I believe we have zero impact on his coaching.

Buzz doesn't read Scoop. But he damn well knows what is written in this forum.

Believe you are wrong. How else can you explain Buzz benching the game changer for the rookie? And please, don't opine that Buzz figured it out by himself. But wait, I predicted that the Butler game would be a turnaround game for the team as Buzz had it figured out. He needed that debacle to break his hard core shell. So, yes Buzz reads Scoop. Don't know what his nametag is though. Maybe he uses Homer's computer.

Yeah, I must have heard him answer my question wrong.  Sorry.  I will try to pay more attention next time I get to talk to him, if I'm not too busy slurping, that is. ::)
