Leaving out Eddie Martini's is an absolute travesty.
The list is way heavy on the Bartolotta group of restaurants.
And why Meritage keeps making these lists is a mystery to me.  Wait staff there is snooty.

Yes and in this case snooty may be preferred.

Stand your ground, Sir Lawrence. brewcity probably just heard a character on a TV show say snotty.

Real Chili must have come in at #31.

No. The poll is flawed. Real Chili is a gem in the gravy-laden wasteland that is Milwaukee dining.

The list is way heavy on the Bartolotta group of restaurants.

Why? Which would you take off the list?

I'm good with the Eddie martinis comment, but if your going to aaynyherebare too many bartollotta restaurants, you have to be able o way which would come off, and what you'd replace it with. There's a reason they dominate this market.

Harbor House:  great view, average food.
Mr. B's:  solid restaurant, but Eddie Martini's is exceptional.

So that's two.  I agree that Bacchus and Lake Park Bistro deserve to be on the list.

Smyth should be on.   Coquette Cafe should be on.  I'm not anti-Bartolotta, but now that I look at the list again, the Rumpus Room?  Meh.

Well, as he's been dead for six years now, I assume he's now reviewing preservatives.
