Cut the guy some slack. He didn't do anything wrong, hes not in trouble. The guy went out with some friends to a night club. This is a non issue, ditch the shirt and move on.

Just one of those things that these guys have to realize they are in the public light, people like to take pictures....assume EVERYONE has a camera.  That sucks, but that's the deal.  In this case he obviously knew there was a camera because he posed in the picture, but they have to assume little privacy as much as that sucks because it will end up ultimately on a site somewhere.

If he doesn't care, then no big deal.  If image is an issue of concern for him, then he'll have to be more careful.  Pretty simple.

As far as Buzz calling, I would expect the call to go something like this:

"Jimmy, its Coach.  Saw your picture with the gray tshirt, you know the one.  C'mon Jimmy.  Love you.  Talk to you later."
