First poster here. I'm a student and I saw Jamil walking around in a boot on campus today. Anybody around here know if he had a surgery or something recently? It's probably nothing serious but I was wondering if one of you was in the know about this

MU's training staff is somewhat famous for using cautionary boots on players.  There have been examples on MuScoop in the past where players in boots have played that same week.  But, I don't honestly know.  Still, is good to know that more often than not, a boot is just a precaution to keep an injury from getting tweaked.

I didn't know that Junior ever broke his foot.  He did have an Achilles tear, though.

This in reference to a famous thread from the Marquette rivals site back in 2000. 
Some person came on the site and reported that he saw Brian Wardle walking outside of jimmy johns with a cast on.  This was in 2000 so Jimmy Johns was new.  Anyways; the thread somehow started asking really weird questions like "Was it a hard or a soft cast"  "Who taped his ankle"  "I heard Wardle was reported out for the rest of the season"
