Apparently six players are transferring out of Tulane even though the coach is staying.

Has anyone ever heard of this many players leaving at once even though the coach has not been fired?

Two nice players for whoever can land them.  Josh Davis (17.6 PPG / 10.7 RPG) started at NC State and transferred, now a graduating junior who can play next year without sitting out.

I think DePaul is more likely to be at the bottom of the Big East.  Tulane will be at the bottom of American Athletic.

Agreed. Purnell's 4th year record is well worth looking at. But I think Equalizer's point was more that Tulane won't be in the Big East than any statement about the final standings of the teams that will be in the Big East.
