In their 4 years, Cadougan and Otule won more games (97) than any class since the class of '79 (98).

And if Chris returns, he can win more! lol

Junior-

We have been the best of friends and I have been your biggest critic.  One thing is for certain during our time together: you have been the hardest worker and best representative of Marquette basketball than I could have ever asked for.  It may not have been the "best" decision to ignore redshirt and tough through your achilles injury...but you did.  It was almost a microcosm for how you worked for this team: always vigilant and always trying to be better than the circumstances allowed.  I will never forget the times where in a tough game you stepped up and made "the play" and made me yell "HIS NAME IS SENIOR!" at my television.  Thank you for a great ride, and I can only hope others will use you as a resource and understand just what you meant to this era of Marquette basketball.

Thank you for everything, and tell your mother she can stay on the medical staff as our resident Mr. Miyagi.

Best,

JB

Thanks Junior. You gave it all for your team. Great career!!!

I think Scott Merritt comes close to generating the same feelings generally.

No f-ing way.

He's a guy who epitomized Buzz's work ethic and heart. He played hard, never faked injuries, and played his heart out. Thanks for a good run.

Love me some Cadoogie Howser! Was so worried when he got crunched by Fair. Glad he walked away from that ok. He'll make a great coach.

If people want, they can blame the loss on me. When I saw Junior fold under Fair, I turned to the wife and said "I would happily trade a loss today if Junior comes out of this okay." Still wanted the win, but I'm glad he wasn't seriously injured, he could have had a spinal injury with how Fair landed on him. He looked completely fine when the team got back last night, though of everyone there, it was clear Junior was the one most hurt by the loss. Can't blame him, he was a true Warrior.
