Kevin Ollie and Buzz must have learned how to draw "how to finish game" plays from the same dude...

I knew the play would be pitiful, was hoping for a Dick Bennett-esque milking of the shot clock then getting the offensive board.  Oh well.

Van - why not just find a corner of the court?

Shooting foul instead of 1 and 1.  Heads up play really.

Win. Negativity made its way to Rutgers and they got a little inspired.

Not pretty but that doesn't matter. Doesn't have to be. Now let's pull for Nova to pull one out tomorrow night.

If you are the perceived leader and star of your team and shots aren't falling for others, you take charge and force the issue.

Wouldn't it have been over and back anyway? Not saying it wasn't a good play, just curious.

Never a doubt.

Phhhew.

My personal rule is that I can criticize play of losses and even home wins, but never road wins.  This is one of the harder ones to stick to it.

What's worse, the RAC or that little dungeon at East Carolina?

Yup, we'd have been better off letting them call the back court violation.

I kind of agree. Though, they really have no one besides Mack offensively to keep up, and we did a great job shutting him down after his 1st 6 pts in the 2nd half.
