Season high for Kilpatrick with 36 points. 11 for 23 with 5 3 pointers.

Was Lockett the primary on him? Mayo the secondary?

Career night for two of their players, free throw shooting they'll never duplicate again, 13 point first half, referees lacking sense.  This team isn't very skilled, but they are extremely mentally tough to be able to make a game of this.

Don't know , but neither of them played particularly well.

I know I'm piling on, but what does Lockett do to deserve all the time he gets.  The only time I noticed him tonight was when I couldn't tell who made the bad play.  He had bad fouls down the stretch, was fortunate Gardner caught bailed him out rebounding the ball off his mishandle with 30 secs left and then didn't rotate on the winning shot.  He gets to the spot and then jumps out of the way.  This is not just a bad game, it's a trend.  He doesn't deserve all the time, particularly down the stretch

He gives you a lot in the rebounding end and is a Ball Hawk in that regard.   Team is better with Locket than without IMHO.
Still cant believe that horrible call with 2 minutes left down one and Jamil Wilson Fouls out after touching nobody

First time an MU player boxes out all night and he gets whistled for it.  That was horrible.

Although they did play without 2nd best player so they can always use that against us.
I dont want to matchup in MSG with them.  Team is really long and was giving interior fits with their shotblocking in first half

Is it time to start Gardener and bring Otuel off the bench? Otule isn't winning the tip off these days, and the offense struggles mightily with him in at the start of the games.

Not sure.  Seems like Gardner likes his role.

Think that Otule wears down the opposing starting 5 man for Ox, maybe draws a foul on him, then Ox comes in for the kill.  Think it's time for Jamil to start over Juan.

Wow....When Davante went down hard on the floor, the official told Buzz "the ball knocked him down". Un F'n real.

Well it is a fact that a lot of 270lb men are easily felled by a 1lb basketball

Junior had a good shot at that layup at the end of ot, just didn't bank it enough.  If that goes in I'm pretty sure we beat these guys in a second OT, they were running out of players.

Was it a makeup call for calling the phantom foul on Todd when the ref waited until after Kilpatrick's shot clanked to blow his whistle?

Mayo clearly fouled the elbow on that play. Not sure what you mean by the above.

Pretty weak call at that point in the game especially since they didn't blow the whistle when Blue twice got hit on the elbow shooting a 3.

At the end of the day, I've very please with MU being 4-1 at this point in the season. Looking at the next 5 games, MU should be at least 4-1 in those games too. This team should be looking at a minimum of 12 or 13 conference wins.

??---How is a phantom call on Todd (detremental to MU) a makeup call for truly a missed call when Davante was pushed to the ground (also detremental to MU)?  Maybe I don't understand what a makep call is, but not sure what was 'made up' here.
