Keep your points, rebounds, assists....keep them all.   DeWilson for stepping up and holding the team together for the last 25 minutes.

Garnder or Blue. Both were extremely efficient.

Apart from that 3 he blew that led to OT, he's SOTG. played the whole second half and OT. What a champ. Stepped up when we needed him to.

Blue.  22 points and 9/10 at the line.  Any D1 player should be able to dribble the ball around and make completely safe hand-offs to teammates, you need to make some plays to win the game.

Gardner and Blue both played well.   I am pretty sure if you replay the end of regulation, you will see that Wilson was the only guy out there.   Hard to say where the breakdown occurred.

Vander Blue.  Clutch with the free throws at the end.

Vander.  8-8 free throws in OT, 6 when it mattered. I really wanted it to be DWil, but he did NOTHING special. He was competent, even though he had more TOs than assists.

Blue was absolutely SOTG. Season high and career high in Big East play. Ice at the line down the stretch to put the game away. He was a superhero today.

Kudos to Derrick for stepping up, but there was only one SOTG and his name is spelled B-L-U-E.

Boot camp is the real champ for everyone being fresh at the end.  If it has to be a player, I'd go Blue or D Will.
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

Gotta be Van. Sure D Wilson played well in Jr's minutes, but Vander was the one that picked up he slack in Jr's absence.

13lue

Hands down.

Attacked the rim, HIT THE FTs, defending well.

Even played spot PG duty with JR out.

D. Wilson had one point, two rebounds, one assist and three fouls.  BUT, he had only one turnover playing the majority of the second half and overtime on the road.

Maybe Tower's right, but have to go with Blue and the clutch in OT.

Gardner or Blue. Both bailed us out at various times. I can't believe we're 3-0 in conference, could just as easily be 0-3. Love the depth, if we get some consistency on offense this team could be really dangerous

I will accept Blue or DG, but I just wanted to give DWilson his props right up front.

The three wasn't derrick's fault. Why were the MU guys all inside with 1.2 seconds. A 2 gets them nothing. It was a tough move for Buzz to not call a TO. MU had the advantage with Pitt having no timeouts and I guess MU didn't want to give them a free TO to set something up but MU wasn't ready and should have called TO. It happened very fast though. Nice to see them come out tough in OT and get the win.

My vote for SOTG though is Vander. Very high level game from him. Jamil and Gardner were right behind him.

Jamil had a great 10 minute start to the second half, but he took a lot of bad shots. Not efficient at all.

I wouldn't say they were bad shots. He just missed every one of them lol. Van is SOTG Gardmer played great...just made the dumbest play I've seen in a long time .

I agree with this, but I had already decided in the first half that if we won it is because Wilson dove for the lose ball that knocked Woodall out of the game. I do not think we win, if Woodall does not get hurt.

DG. Some big buckets, and the big charge.  DWil stepped up and filled in nicely and Vander had a great game too, but Ox was was the rock, especially against this team that was dominating us on the boards.

13lue was excellent, other than the seemingly obligatory charge.  Solid D, timely hoops, and ice at the FT line.

D Wilson was a trooper, but Vander was a BEAST!
