I see nothing wrong with the twitter CTC account.

Tom Crean is a public figure - literally.

He's the highest paid public employee:

"Indiana University's basketball coach, Tom Crean, earns $600,000 and is the highest paid public employee in the state. With benefits, his compensation is over $2.3 million annually. By comparison, Governor Mitch Daniels has a salary of only $95,000 per year.[1]"
