Can't speak for the credibility of this site, but  ...

"Terms of his contract weren't disclosed, but he'll likely earn something close to the rookie minimum this year, with at least some guaranteed money included in the deal."

Hope it's accurate.  So proud of and happy for Jae.   :)
All this talk of rights.  So little talk of responsibilities.

YES! Add him to the official count. (right?)

Congrats, Jae!  ;D

We R Final Four

I wonder if potrykus knows this. If so, will it be published in the MJS? It does shine a nice light on MU so I would guess not.

Jae looked too good for summer league tonight.  Looking at the disaster of a roster for Mavs, he should get a fair shot at PT.  If he gets a consistent shot he could be pretty good.  He was playing a lot of 2 on 1 weak side defense.  Steals and blocks.  Showed a good handle on the perimeter already.  Fun to watch.  When he has the quickness to match the other team's 2 he can post.  I would think he's the kind of guy Carlyle will love, can create multiple mismatches.

Cuban and Carlisle love him.

Congrats to Jae. Didn't think he would be an NBA player but his work ethic has taken him far. Got to love the reputation Marquette is earning with NBA teams.

Here's the copy:

QuoteWho said Jae Crowder would shine tonight? Mavs defeat the New Orleans Hornets 78-65 in summer league play. Crowder led w/18 points, Dominique Jones filled the stat sheet w/16 points 9 assist and 5 rebounds. The win gives the Mavs a 3-1 record in Las Vegas. Final game tomorrow at 5:30pm CST [\quote]

While I think he has a good chance at getting PT...That roster is VERY far from a disaster.
