Evidently Wisconsin has an "advanced camp" going on right now and they've offered one of the participants. I thought these were outlawed by the NCAA a few years ago because of the loopholes they offered coaches to pay their camp instructors. If I remember correctly Buzz had an elite camp the first two years he was here. Anyone know the rule on this?

What the NCAA did was to outlaw paying fees to AAU and HS coaches of a school's recruiting targets.  As such, it's harder to bring guys in that are not close by.  Elite camps are still legal but subject to these rules as well as surprise visits from compliance personnel from the NCAA during a camp.
